How it works
- Share your answers. Tell us your services, common questions, and the one action you want visitors to take.
- We set it up and you review it. Once built, the chat is connected to your booking link or request form for you to test and approve.
- Visitors get answers. Once live, the assistant answers approved questions, collects details, and sends people to the next step you chose.

Will visitors know it's an AI?
Yes. The assistant will say it is an automated assistant. If it doesn't know an answer, it will say so and offer a follow-up by email.
Do I need a new website?
No. Website Concierge is added to the website you already have. It does not rebuild your site.
Is my visitors' information private?
The assistant is designed to collect only the details needed to answer the request. Our full privacy policy is being finalized and will be posted before launch.
